These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of vivaespanatickets.com operated by TourCierge s. r. o. and your purchase of entry tickets. By completing a booking you agree to these Terms.
1. Service
TourCierge s. r. o. sells timed entry tickets for Sagrada Família, Alhambra, Guggenheim Bilbao, and Royal Palace Madrid as an independent ticket reseller. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the official monument operators unless explicitly stated.
2. Booking and payment
- All prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable service fees unless stated otherwise
- Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and email confirmation
- You must provide accurate contact details — tickets are delivered by email
3. Tickets and entry
- Tickets are for the date and time slot selected at checkout
- Present your mobile ticket (QR code) at the entrance
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your entry time
- Entry is subject to the monument's own rules and security checks
4. Cancellations and changes
Cancellation and change rules depend on the ticket type and are shown on the product page. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Your responsibilities
- Ensure all travellers meet entry requirements (ID, age limits, dress codes where applicable)
- Do not resell tickets in violation of monument policies or local law
- Keep your confirmation email secure
6. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for closures, delays, or access restrictions imposed by monument operators, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.
7. Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and text are owned by TourCierge s. r. o.. Monument names and images may be subject to third-party rights.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of Bratislava, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
