1. General rule
Timed entry tickets are date- and time-specific. Once confirmed, bookings are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise on the ticket product page or required by applicable consumer law.
2. Free cancellation windows
- Sagrada Família entry — free cancellation up to 48 hours before your visit (as shown on the product page)
- Alhambra entry — free cancellation up to 72 hours before your visit (as shown on the product page)
To request a cancellation within the free window, email support@vivaespanatickets.com with your order number.
3. Refund processing
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- Service fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law
4. Monument closures
If a monument closes on your visit date due to circumstances beyond your control, we will offer a reschedule or full refund at our discretion, subject to confirmation from the venue.
5. No-shows and late arrival
Failure to arrive at your scheduled entry time, or arrival without valid ID where required, does not entitle you to a refund. Entry is at the monument's discretion.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve legitimate issues promptly.
